8. I have forgotten my password. What shall I do?

Click on Log in in the top right corner and then on the “Forgot your password?” field.

In the next step, you will be asked to enter your email address and transcribe the code from the picture. A new password will be generated and sent to your mailbox. Sometimes this email can be marked as spam – should you not receive your password, please check the spam folder, too.
