4. I can’t open the application. What can I do?
The application should run smoothly in Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome. It is preferred that you use one of these browsers.
If you still experience problems, please try to open the application in an incognito window.
If possible, please try if the EasyCargo application runs outside of your common workspace because one of the reasons might be a firewall or an unexpected limitation on your internet connection.
