Registration

In order to work in EasyCargo a user account is required. You can register after clicking on the Sign-up button in the upper right corner of the screen. Or simply sign up under this link. You have the option to sign up with your Google account too.

Here you will be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, and company name (optional), and to agree with our Terms and Conditions. Once registered, you will have the chance to test the application 10 days free of charge, without any obligation.

You will receive a password via email. Should you not receive it, please check the spam folder as the emails with credentials are sometimes marked as spam. If you still don't find it in your mailbox, please contact us via our contact form. Please also contact us if you experience difficulties creating a user account.

Once you log into the application, the In-app Tutorial will guide you through the load planning process.

You can also run the tutorial after pressing the three horizontal lines in the upper left corner.
