12. I haven't received my license key. What shall I do?

After purchasing from our online store, you receive two separate emails. The first one includes details about your order and the second one contains your license key. Please make sure you check both of your emails as well as the spam folder. If you still can't find the license key, please contact our support and include the order number in the subject line.
