Load planning into more cargo spaces
In some cases, all of the items may not fit into one load compartment. You can see this in the cargo space info panel on the main load planning screen. This is the total amount of cargo space available to you.
And this number here, is the total weight and volume for all of the items in the input list waiting to be loaded. As you can see here, the red coloring of this number shows you that the items waiting to be loaded will not fit in one load compartment. In the load plan info panel, you can see how many items have just been loaded. In this example, 66 of item E has been loaded. The other items didn't fit.
To proceed to the next load compartment with the remaining items, first, create a print report for this loaded container. If you select the check box that says "Load remaining items into additional cargo spaces", all of the remaining items will be loaded into the required number of the same cargo space. You can see that the last container is largely unused. However, we will only check "Remove loaded items from input list". It is not necessary to open the print report so we will skip this step for now. Don't be alarmed! The number of loaded items in the loading info panel has decreased because of our previous selection.
Click Load again and continue to the calculation. You can now see that more items have been loaded. But still, not all items fit. Create another report and leave the option checked. As you can see, there are still a few items to load.If you want, you can choose a smaller container that will be better utilized.
Finally, open the print reports. Here are the first, second, and third print reports.
Now you know how to load into multiple cargo spaces.
