8. What can I do if my payment is declined?

In case your payment is declined, please double-check that the information entered is correct and reload the page. If the problem persists, we recommend choosing a one-time payment option instead of a subscription as some banks do not support repetitive payments. If you still get an error, you can purchase a license key through our e-shop which uses a different payment provider. Please note that this way you can only pay in USD.
