8. What can I do if my payment is declined?

If your payment is declined, please double-check that the information entered is correct and reload the page. If the problem persists, we recommend choosing a one-time payment option instead of a subscription as some banks do not support repetitive payments. If you still get an error, you can purchase a license key through our e-shop which uses a different payment provider. Please note that this way you can only pay in USD. If none of these alternatives work for you, there is the option to pay via international bank transfer, available for the following currencies: EUR, USD, PLN and CZK.
